SUBMISSION
We appreciate your feedback regarding the PureHealth website and studio. However, any comments, feedback, notes, messages, ideas, suggestions, or other communications (collectively, “Comments”) sent to PureHealth shall be and remain the exclusive property of PureHealth. By submitting any such Comments, you assign to PureHealth all worldwide rights, titles, and interests in all copyrights and other intellectual property rights associated with the Comments. PureHealth may use, reproduce, disclose, publish, and distribute any material you submit for any purpose, without restriction and without compensating you in any way.
For this reason, we request that you do not submit any Comments that you do not wish to assign to us, including confidential information or original creative materials such as stories, product ideas, computer code, or original artwork.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We enforce a strict cancellation policy for all sessions:
Group classes: A minimum of 12 hours’ notice is required for cancellations.
Private, duet, or trio appointments: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations.
Failure to cancel within the specified period will result in a charge for the session.
For hygiene purposes, socks must be worn to all equipment-based classes.
REFUNDS
All packages are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-cumulative.
MEDICAL INFORMATION DISCLOSURE
It is your responsibility to inform your instructor of any medical considerations, including past and present injuries, pregnancy, or medications that may require exercise modification, before the start of a class. PureHealth will not be held liable for any injury or harm resulting from undisclosed medical conditions.
PARKING
Entering the PureHealth premises is at your own risk. PureHealth will not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage to vehicles or personal property while on the premises.
PAYMENT
Payment for all sessions must be made on or before the date of the session. Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of your booking.
